What's new in Crew 4.7

Your Crew Agent joins the group chat, tasks and packing become one shared list, and expenses are all new.

4.7 is out, and it's a big one. Your travel agent is now part of the crew.

Your Crew Agent joins the group chat

Every trip has its own Crew Agent, and it's right there in the group chat with everyone else. Type @ and it's at the top of the list. Ask it something and it answers in the thread, so the whole crew sees it.

It's the first face in your crew strip too, always online. Tap it to open a one-on-one chat.

Make it yours

Give your agent a name. Just one word, so it reads like one of the crew.

Set its rules for the trip. "We're on a budget." "Nobody's eating seafood." "Keep it chill on Sunday." It keeps them in mind every time someone asks.

And dress it up. Every agent starts in a Crew tee, and the crew can pick its outfit from there.

One list for tasks and packing

Tasks and packing live together now under Lists, and each one is a single list the whole crew shares.

Add a packing item the way you'd add a to-do: type it and hit enter. Every item shows who's bringing it, so you don't end up with three speakers and no sunscreen.

All-new expenses

Expenses are rebuilt from the ground up. Add a cost, split it however you want, and Crew does the math.

Settling up works any time. Open Record a Payment and Crew suggests who owes who, so paying someone back is a tap.

Each expense has its own page with who paid, who's in and what everyone owes. Edit it and your custom split stays exactly how you set it.
