What's new in Crew 5.0
The travel agent plans the meals, works out every ingredient, and writes the grocery list for the whole crew.

Food is the part of a group trip nobody wants to own. Who's cooking which night, what to buy, how much for 12 people, and who's grabbing it. 5.0 takes all of that off your plate.
The travel agent plans the meals
Ask the travel agent to plan the food for the trip. It comes back with a plan as a card: the meals, the dishes, and everything that goes on the grocery list. Tap Yes and it's on the trip. Tap Not now and nothing changes.
It plans around your crew. Everyone's diets and allergies from their profiles go into the plan, and any item that touches one is flagged right on the list (no almonds, say), so whoever's shopping sees it too.
Every ingredient, sized to your group
Food lives on your itinerary now. Add a dish to any event, set how many people it's for, and tap Fill in ingredients to get the ingredients and amounts. Change the headcount and the amounts follow.
The same ingredient across different meals ends up as one line on the list, rounded to what you'd actually buy. If the crew grows or shrinks, a card on the list offers to resize everything.
One grocery list for the whole trip
Groceries sit next to your other lists. See it all, just yours, or just what's still needed, by aisle or by meal.
Split it up however works. Tap I'll grab it on anything you're getting, so everyone knows what to bring and nothing gets bought twice.
When you're at the store, Go shopping turns your items into a checklist by aisle. Tap Done shopping, enter what you spent, and it's saved as an expense split with everyone going, or as your treat.
Pay friends back in one tap
On Settle up, tap who you owe and Crew opens their Venmo, PayPal or Cash App straight from the pay details on their profile. Tap I've sent it and the payment is recorded.
Plus a pile of smaller fixes.
If something in here isn't right, there's a Feedback item in the menu and it comes straight to me.
